Q2. My child doesn't speak English. Can they still join the summer camp?

A2. Of course! Our curriculum is tailored for children of all English levels. Students are grouped based on age and English proficiency, and our teachers provide assistance whenever needed.

Q3. Are there any additional fees? What's included in the price?

A3. The camp fee covers all expenses, including accommodation, course materials, insurance, transportation, and meals.

Q4. How long is each session of the summer camp?

A4. Each session lasts for 12 days, and we offer a total of 3 sessions throughout the summer.

Q5. Can my child participate in more than one session? Are the contents the same?

A5. Absolutely! Your child is welcome to join different sessions. Please refer to the camp handbook for more detailed information on each session.

Q6. What kind of teachers do you hire?

A6. Our teachers are fluent in English, energetic, and have rich professional backgrounds.

Q7. I'd like to know about the dormitory facilities. Where can I find information about the rooms and bathrooms?

A7. Parents are welcome to visit our website for detailed information about our dormitory accommodations, including room configurations and bathroom facilities.

Q8. Where can I inquire about other relevant questions?

A8. We are here to assist you anytime! You can reach out to us via Line Official, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or directly through our website.

Q9. What age group does the summer camp cater to?

A9. Our camp is suitable for children aged 7-15.

Q10. Are safety measures in place?

A10. Safety is our top priority. The school has security guards to control access, and our teachers have medical experience to handle minor injuries and emergencies. Additionally, we have prepared first aid kits and emergency measures to ensure that all children participate in the camp in a safe environment.

Q11. Can I visit my child during the summer camp?

A11. While we encourage children to learn independently in an immersive environment, parents are welcome to visit during designated times.

Q12. What is the student-to-teacher ratio?

A12. We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure that each child receives adequate attention and assistance during the camp. Each class has a maximum of 20 students, guided by two teachers (a foreign teacher and a local teacher).

Q13. Do you offer any discounts?

A13. We aim to make our summer camp accessible to more children and families who value education. Therefore, we offer early bird discounts. Click on our registration page to register and avail of the offer. Refer to the price list for details.

Q14. Do parents have the opportunity to participate in summer camp activities?

A14. While parents are welcome to visit their children during designated times, we hope to foster independence in children during the camp, so we do not encourage frequent visits. However, we highly appreciate constructive feedback and suggestions from parents to help us improve in the future.

Q15. Are special dietary needs accommodated?

A15. We pay special attention to children's dietary needs or allergies. Please inform us of any special requirements or food allergies when registering your child, and we will ensure that appropriate food is provided with increased reminders to teachers and assistants.

If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to assist you!
